CCC Voice Recognition Integration (CCC VRI)
CCC VRI offers an integrated voice recognition solution for users of Centricity Physician Office EMR. CCC has an agreement with Nuance (formerly ScanSoft, makers of Dragon NaturallySpeaking Medical) to offer CCC VRI (Dragon Medical with Voice Recognition Integration into Centricity Physician Office EMR). In addition to all the performance and functionality of Dragon NaturallySpeaking Medical, CCC provides enhanced integration, navigation, and voice-activated macros for Centricity Physician Office EMR users. Per Diem Consultation Services
CCC is available on an as needed consulting basis with pricing based on standard hourly rates detailed below. Scheduling and resources are subject to availability.

WebEx Implementation, Training, or Customization:
Scheduled WebEx conference call

Price: $250/hour - includes cost of up to 2 WebEx connections; if more remote sites are required, then there is an additional charge of $150/hour per connection.

Clinical Content Customization by CCC Staff:
Customization of existing "core" clinical content in Centricity Physician Office EMR done off-site by CCC staff.

Price: $200/hour

CCC provides all of the above consultative services on-site on a per diem basis, subject to availability.

Installation of CCC VRI Software-remote via WebEx
Instructions for installing the CCC VRI and Dragon NaturallySpeaking 8 Medical software are provided with the install CD's. For those sites with limited IT support staff,CCC will install the CCC VRI and Dragon NaturallySpeaking 8 Medical software remotely via WebEx upon request.

Clinical Content Consultants (CCC) strongly recommends that all users who have purchased Centricity Physician Office EMR undergo formal instruction and training on the Clinical Content to include forms and applications. Successful deployment and optimal use of the product requires more than just a basic understanding of Centricity Physician Office EMR. Attempting to install and use the forms and applications without a solid basic understanding of the EMR as well as formal training will overwhelm and frustrate the users and will set them up to fail.
